Yes. Dogs are cared for in a calm, quiet, cage-free home environment with fewer distractions than a busy salon. Kennels are available for dogs that are not compatible with other dogs or simply feel safer and more comfortable resting in an enclosed space.
We recommend introducing your puppy to grooming early, ideally before 6 months old, so they can become comfortable with bathing, drying, nail care, handling and grooming tools. Puppies must have received their first two sets of puppy vaccinations before their first appointment, and proof of vaccination is required.
Choose Full Groom for a complete haircut, Bath & Brush when no haircut is needed, Tidy Up for a light refresh between full grooms, or Deshedding for loose undercoat and seasonal shedding.
Timing depends on your dog’s size, coat, service and comfort level. Appointments are never rushed, and you’ll be contacted when your pup is ready.
Please make sure you send a text or call whenever you arrive. This will be the only way I know you’re there. I will either meet you at your vehicle or by the side gate to get your pup(s). You will receive a text or call whenever your pup is ready. The pickup process is the same as the drop-off process.
